New build of a senior citizens' comfort residential complex consisting of a total of 4 buildings with 62 apartments. The buildings have three or four storeys above ground, a single-storey basement and an underground car park with 69 parking spaces. Development is taking place via Bräuhausstraße and Hirschstraße. The planned new building will replace the former civic centre and the former brewery, which have already been demolished on the property.
