Repair to the Iller bridge, Illerbeuren

This bridge, which is under a preservation order, was comprehensively repaired in two construction phases. The goal was to remedy the damage which had been caused by moisture and retain the historical substance. The bridge was inspected by our engineers beforehand using ultrasound, radar and other non-destructive methods, and was also examined on a climbing rope. The tamped concrete bridge straddles the Iller river and is 90 m long.
