During the course of the repair planning of the ramp, both the longitudinal and lateral pre-stressed superstructure and also all pillars and abutments were calculated and classified for stages 1 and 2 in accordance with the "Guideline for recalculating existing road bridges". The comprehensive repair included concrete renovation, renewal of the railings, the safety equipment, the caps, the covering, the sealing, the transitional structures and the bearings. Reinforcement of the superstructure During the course of the rebuilding of the existing caps, the tensioning anchors of the lateral pre-stressing were sawn off over a wide area. This required reinforcement of the carriageway slab in the lateral direction. The reinforcement took place using vertically milled-in and glued-in CRP lamellas.
