Office building “An der Stadtmauer”, Kempten

The new office building with an integrated training centre and an underground car park created a modern working environment. The project is not only functional and modern, but also fulfils the highest energy standards in accordance with the criteria of the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt as a certified passive house. The construction project was planned with particular care in the historic old town area, surrounded by listed buildings.
