MS3 Community Centre, Königsbrunn
client GWG Society for Housing Construction and Commercial Development of the City
The new MS3 building includes a modern community centre and 22 apartments, including an underground car park. The multifunctional construction project combines an efficient spatial concept, resource-conserving supporting structure optimisation and innovative planning approaches for the underground car park. The supporting structure was optimised for material efficiency in order to save resources such as rebar steel and concrete mass.
