Daycare centre, Denklingen

The new two-storey daycare centre was constructed using a wood-concrete hybrid construction method. The energy-efficient building fulfils the standards of a low-energy and passive house. It has a ground floor, an upper floor and a partial basement. A modern asymmetrical gable roof with a PV system and a combination of reinforced concrete and timber frame walls provide stability, safety and an inviting atmosphere.
